South Central pharmacists will conduct a free medication screening on Wednesday, September 15th at South Central Place.

This is a free service to the community and we encourage those who take multiple medications to participate.  An appointment is required so that there will be plenty of time to go over the medications with each participant.

Each person that participates in the brown bag review will be given a FREE Medication Review Card, so that they can keep track of their current medications.  This card can be taken to each physician appointment.
