Parking
Park your car in the parking area provided for guests.
Guest Transport Services are available to offer you transportation from your car to the main entrance 7 days a week. Personnel will be available to assist you entering and leaving the Medical Center.
Entrance
Upon entry to the Medical Center, go to the elevator in the lobby. It will take you to the Registration/Admission Desk.

Registration
It is important that you pre-register prior to the day of your scheduled appointment.

What to Bring With You:
Identification: Driver's License
Social Security Number
Insurance cards
Financial information ( a deposit may be required)
Doctor's orders (if given to you)
Bring a list of current medications you are currently taking.

Surgery
The day before your surgery, a nurse will call to remind you of the time to arrive at the Medical Center.
It is important that all surgery patients come to the hospital to pre-register for their surgery at least two days prior to the scheduled procedure. This allows our staff to conduct a patient assessment, provide appropriate education and schedule lab work and x-rays if required.
Bring LOOSE FITTING clothes to wear home after sugery.
Radiology
You or your doctor's office should call the Radiology department to schedule a time for your appointment. Call 426-4090 24 Hours a day.
Then contact the Registration Desk to pre-register.
Physical Therapy
Your doctor will instruct you whether to come to the Medical Center or to go to the Rehabilitation & Wellness Complex at 23 Mason St.
