Clinic hours are 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
Saturdays are appointment only.

Chronic care for asthma, diabetes,
Care for Attention Deficit Disorder
E.P.S.D.T. screening
We accept most commercial insurance plans, Medicaid, CHIPS, and E.P.S.D.T.
