APPLICANT INFORMATION SHEET

Thank you for your application with our facility. We appreciate your desire to become a member of our health care team. Your application is important to us. The following information has been prepared to assist you in the application process.

Please read the following information carefully. Adherence to these guidelines is our first step in evaluating your application for employment. We accept applications and answer questions concerning vacant positions Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm. For a list of current job openings, you may call our 24 hour Career Line at (601)399-0510 or view the listing online at www.scrmc.com - employment opportunities. Your application will remain active for ninety days. Should you wish to remain in our active files after the ninety-day period, you must complete a new application. Applicants may not contact department directors or supervisors, as all interviews are coordinated through Human Resources. If you choose to contact department directors or supervisors, your application will be voided. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and in appropriate attire to interview at the time the application is made. No visitors or children are allowed with applicants. Please limit the use of cell phones while filling out an application. The Human Resources staff will provide assistance with applications upon request. By submitting this application, you are not guaranteed an interview. Once your application has been submitted, if you would like to add a different job or be considered for more than one position, please call or come by the Human Resources department to add these jobs to your current application. All duplicated applications will be voided.

Due to the high quantity of applications that we accept ONLY those applicants who receive an interview will be notified when a position has been filled.
