Mango Shake
Children love the creamy, sweet taste of this drink.

2 C 1% milk
1 fresh pitted mango
1 small banana
2 ice cubes

1. Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until foamy.
2. Serve immediately.

Yield: 4 servings
Serving size: 3/4 cup

Total fat: 2 g
Saturated fat: 1 g
Cholesterol: 5 mg
Sodium: 63 mg
Calcium: 157 mg
