The South Central Regional Medical Center Women’s Life Conference is held every other year at Jones County Junior College and the lineup this year is sure to generate a very large crowd. The $30 ticket price includes a continental breakfast with entertainment by jazz musician, Charles Carter; an opening session with nationally recognized comedians, Bessie and Beulah; a physician forum featuring several new physicians who have joined the South Central staff; a keynote presentation by actress and speaker Lisa Whelchel, better known for her role as Blair on the television series “The Facts of Life;” and a conference luncheon.
